Dy. GENERAL MANAGER MECHANICAL
BSc Mechanical Engineering (From recognized University) with minimum 20 to 25 years experience in cement industry. Responsible for preventive & predictive maintenance of equipments (Vertical Raw Mills, Kin. Coolers, Coal Miletc). Manage store inventory for critical & non critical spare parts. Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of maintenance activities. Ensure implementation of HSE procedures during maintenance of
Plant Machinery Equipments.
MANAGER (Power Plant)
The applicant must have at least 15-20 years experience of working in a Power Plant with Wartsila, D. F. Engines, HFO Gas Engines and WHR Plant Applicants who are more than 40 years age and working as Plant Manager for a minimum period of 5 years in any reputable power generation plantare eligible for this post.
MANAGER STORE
BSc Engineering from well reputed university having at least 15 year experience, must be familiar with store inventory, POs, items coding, indenting, receiving, issuing of engineering material, stock taking and to maintain proper record. Experience in ERP system would be an added advantage.
MANAGER (Admin. & HR)
MBA/MPA (HRM) with specialization in Admin. & HR from well reputed university having at least 15 years experience in Cement Industry. Capable of handling Time Office, Social Security. EOBI matters along with vast experience of public dealing Courses and certification in HR will be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT MANAGER LEGAL AFFAIRS
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from well reputed university having at least 10 years experience who is fully capable of independently managing legal affairs of the Company.
ASSISTANT MANAGER HR
